Dr Pascal Diab
clinical psychologist & company director
I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC NO. PYL32808) with a doctorate from Lancaster University, now working in private practice with a focus on delivering high-quality, meaningful psychological assessment and support. My approach is grounded in the belief that assessments should be more than diagnostic—they should be holistic, insightful, and empowering, helping individuals make sense of their strengths and challenges in real, practical ways.
My career began working with looked-after children and supporting young people with additional needs in both mainstream and specialist educational settings. Since qualifying, I have developed extensive experience in neurodevelopmental assessment, neuropsychology, and complex mental health, working with both children and adults across diverse clinical contexts.
