Pascal has a particular strength in the development of comprehensive formulations and supporting clients to make sense of what can, at times seem too much, or overwhelming. The formulaic aspect of her approach gives clients a clear understanding of what to expect from therapy and enables them to develop clearly defined goals which motivates and enables clients to get the most from their therapy journey and to build upon a life worth living.
As a person, Pascal has a passion for horses, she can happily spend hours at a farm just being present. The smells, textures and sight of a horse bring a sense of inner calmness. She also enjoys travel, walking, running and yoga. Busy by nature, her passions give her the opportunity to ‘just be’, in a world that can be fast paced. She holds high regard for these practices as it enables her to stay centred.
